A slice of luxury near 101
Woke up to the tantalizing aroma of a delicious breakfast spread. The generous staff made our family feel at home, especially with their gluten-free options.
However, with the hotel being so vast, some amenities felt overcrowded during peak times, and a bit more attention to room servicing would have been nice.

My stay at Grand Hyatt was outstanding. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the staff was attentive, ensuring my room was always clean and tidy. The location is prime, located directly across from Taipei 101, with the Xinyi Night Market and MRT just a short walk away. Frances at the concierge proved invaluable, assisting with reservations and directions—truly exceptional service throughout my stay.
The buffet breakfast could offer more variety.

The breakfast rolls were a highlight, and the variety of local dining options nearby was superb. Plus, the location near Taipei 101 was simply perfect! Staff were nice and made our stay enjoyable.
The Club Lounge was always chaotic with limited interesting eats. The breakfast didn’t feel 5-star, and the queues for eggs were a real buzzkill. Smelly rooms also took away from the luxury vibe.

Perfect for couples seeking comfort
First off, the breakfast buffet was unreal, I'm talkin' everything from Asian dishes to a proper Western setup. And the staff? Super helpful, especially a concierge named Frances who arranged our reservations and helped us navigate the city like a pro.
Sure, it wasn't exactly inexpensive, but given the experience, I'd say it was still reasonable.

Highly recommend for family with kids!
Man, the pool was like a freaking oasis! Perfect for my kid, they had those fun pool toys just floatin around. The breakfast buffet? Let me tell ya, it had everything you could think of! Those juicy fruits and pastries were to die for!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know, worth it in the end.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from Taipei 101 and major shopping malls, making it a prime spot for exploring the city. Facilities are well-maintained, with a beautiful foyer and an impressive fitness area that has themed rooms for various workouts.
Room configurations are not family-friendly. a family of four struggling with two twin beds and a small sofa bed isn't ideal. Dining options at breakfast felt rushed, with long queues and limited selections, leading to frustrations. The room had an unpleasant smell reminiscent of a budget motel, likely due to mold in the AC. Dirty windows and a lack of towel rails in the bathroom were minor inconveniences that could further enhance the stay.

It was just a well-suited match for a short stint in Taipei with very good value for money. The marble bathroom was luxurious and made for a comfortable stay. Consider checking out the nearby malls for shops and food options.
